Many people love to have a pond in their back garden. However, they are often neglected and within months can acquire unwanted aquatic plants.
To get rid of these, you can use an aquatic herbicide.
There are two types of aquatic herbicides:
Contact - kills all plants it comes into contact with but leaves the roots alive so they can grow back
Systemic - can completely kill the whole plants
Choose the one that suits your purpose. If you just want to clear the plants because they’ve got a little overgrown then use the contact type, otherwise use systemic.
Be warned, make sure that no pets drink from the water for at least fourteen days after application and follow all instructions carefully.

I thought it was some sort of water lettuce but it’s not from waht I can gather. It has over taken my flower garden. Want to know how to kill it. Help? Thank You.
